Any estimates provided through this website or over the phone are preliminary and subject to change upon physical inspection of the property and the trees involved. A formal, binding estimate will be provided before work begins.

3. Emergency Services

While we strive to respond to all emergency calls as quickly as possible, response times are subject to availability, weather conditions, and the severity of the situation. Submitting a contact form does not guarantee immediate service. For life-threatening emergencies involving power lines, please contact your local utility provider or emergency services immediately.

4. Liability

Mad About Trees is fully insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to property, underground utilities not clearly marked, or circumstances beyond our control.
